Role-play in classrooms
Kids in grade 4, 5 and 6 participate in a variety of role-plays. It is whether about “Crazy Pets”, “Crazy Gang” or “Crazy Detectives”. They use words, actions and materials to portray a role, situation or setting. Furthermore, they engage in role-play with two or more children; consequently, this strengthens their social skill. Moreover, they try to imagine and clearly describe characters, their relationships and their environment.
As a result, the students improve their abilities to work with others, to enjoy the language, communicate fluently and enhance their self-confidence.
